Exoterobics® is a sexy and stimulating approach to group exercise classes. It's the perfect alternative to the typical gym experience, giving women a complete fun-fitness-fantasy experience. So why do boring biceps curls, tedious crunches and simple squats at the gym, when you can accomplish the same toned body from pole dancing and other exotic dance formats? If you're over thought of treadmills, the expense of personal trainers, and workout DVDs that have collected dust, then come and join us for Exoterobics®, where we "work it, twirk it, drop it, lift it, do it and love it!"

Bedroom Body
Bedroom Body is the ultimate floor-based workout, focusing on the abs, legs, arms, while challenging the cardio system. It's Pilates with a twist. Whether we're performing a sexy push-up, a split leg stretch, snakes or struts, this class is guaranteed to make you "strip away those pounds!"

Pole Fitness
Pole Fitness is an intensely fun fitness workout that includes a mixture of lifts, swings, dips and poses, all designed to strengthen and sculpt your most stubborn areas. You heard right...it's not only about building upper body strength, but our pole classes also help you tone the abdominals, buttocks and legs as well.

Sensual Stretch
Sensual Stretch is a low-impact flexibility class that involves the use of poles, chairs and other props to help students attain maximum range of motion from head to toe. It's Yoga, with a twist...and a turn, and a split, and the list goes on.

Workshops & Courses

Pole Tricks
Pole Tricks is a skills-based pole dancing course that focuses on helping students hone and execute specific manuevers. The course spans 10 classes, and follows a progressive model, with each class building on the previous one. The course ends with a dance showcase, to which family and friends of the participants are invited.

This course offers three levels: beginner (1.0), intermediate (2.0) and advanced (3.0).

Dance Craze is a workshop series that focuses on teaching students the moves/routines involved in some of today's most popular dance crazes - including songs like "Watch Me" by Silento, and formats like Battle Stands.

policies

Who Can Attend
Exoterobics® classes are for WOMEN ONLY. To provide the most comfortable exercise environment for our female students, male students are not permitted in our daily fitness classes. Male students may attend private parties and other private events only if authorized by the party host/organizer.

Subsequently, and also to promote maximum comfortability for all students, spectators are not allowed in any of our classes. Only registered participants may occupy our danceroom while class is in session.

What To Wear
Participants should wear typical fitness attire or any clothing in which you feel comfortable sweating and moving around freely. This includes but is not limited to t-shirts, shorts, spandex pants, sports bras, etc.

Students participating in pole-based classes are encouraged to wearing clothing that allows for more bare skin. This includes but is not limited to shorts, lose bottoms that can be rolled up above the knee, t-shirts, tanks, etc.

Students may exercise in bare-feet, sneakers or high heel shoes. Footwear varies from class to class; therefore students should refer to our class descriptions and accessories page, to determine what type of footwear is best-suited for their chosen class. The usage of high heel shoes are encouraged only in our Pole Fitness, Hot in Heels and Chairwork classes.

shoe policy
While working out in high heel shoes is not required, high heel shoes are highly recommended for all students taking our Pole Fitness, Hot in Heels and Chairwork classes. Students who choose to exercise in high heel shoes, must rent or purchase their shoes directly from The P Spot® Fitness Studio. In other words, students are not allowed to bring their own high heel shoes, unless they were previously purchased from our company. No exceptions.

Class Registration

Students may register for class(es) online or on a walk-in basis. Online registration is the most cost effective and customer-friendly method, with registered users receving online registration discounts, automatic confirmation and the ability to track and change future bookings. Walk-in registrations are perfect for students with unpredictable schedules, as they do not lock you into our 24-hour cancellation policy. Again, walk-in registrations may be slightly more expensive, and are only accepted pending availability at the time of arrival.

Lateness Policy
All students are encouraged to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start time of their class, especially on the first visit to our studio. We generally will allow students who are running late to enter class, however only during designated break times, and at the discretion of our instructors and office staff.

Cancellation and Postponement Policy
Students may cancel or change any aspect of their class registration, without penalty, up to 24 hours prior to the start time of the said class. Students who initiate cancellations or changes within 24 hours of their class, unfortunately, will not be allowed to reschedule, exchange, or receive a credit or refund. Students who miss their class, without at least 24 hours of advance notice, will not be allowed to reschedule, exchange or receive a credit or refund.

Timely cancellations and changes must be initiated by the registrant by logging into the customer area of our online registration system and by following the directions below. To cancel or change your registration:

      1. Login to your user account.
      2. Select the "Your Bookings" option located on the right side of your customer area.
      3. Locate and select the registration you want to change.
      4. To cancel a registration, simply delete the booking; to change a registration, simply modify the class information located under the details tab to that of your new class.
      5. Select "ok" to process your change.
      6. Await both an on-screen confirmation and email confirmation of the change/cancellation.

Changes & Cancellations Due To Inclement Weather

During inclement or severe weather conditions, The P Spot® considers the information provided by local weather sources. If a class is NOT canceled by The P Spot® due to inclement weather, then all registrants are expected to attend class. On days affected by rain, snow or icy storms, where traffic and road conditions are altered, The P Spot® will be more lenient with its cancellation and admission policies; so all participants should consider safety first.

If a class is canceled by The P Spot® due to inclement weather, The P Spot® will exhaust all means to relay the cancellation to class registrants in a timely fashion. This may include: (1) placing a call to all affected participants; (2) sending an email to all affected participants; (3) posting a message on our company website.

If a class is canceled by The P Spot® due to inclement weather, then you will receive a company credit so that you may reschedule your class(es). Affected participants will be sent an email with instructions on how to reschedule their class(es).

Photographic & Video Cameras
The P Spot® prohibits the use of photographic and/or video cameras during our group exercise classes. However, photographic cameras may be used during Private Parties. Video recording is prohibited at all times.
